2. Puppy Reservations, Deposits & Payments
Application Review: Submitting an application on our Contact Us page does not guarantee puppy placement. We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet our ethical pet placement standards.
Deposits: Placing a deposit holds a specific puppy or queue spot for an upcoming litter. All deposit terms, including transferability, are governed by our signed Purchase Agreement.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for your puppy must be paid in full prior to local pickup or departure via our Nationwide Flight Nanny Delivery service.
3. Health Guarantees & Buyer Obligations
All puppies leave our home accompanied by official health records, age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchip registration.
Buyers agree to fulfill all post-adoption care requirements—including mandatory veterinary wellness exams within 72 business hours—to maintain the validity of our written 1-Year Health Guarantee.
4. Limitation of Liability
Palvine Maltese Kingdom strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information on our website regarding puppy availability, size expectations, and breed care. However, final adult weights and coat characteristics can vary based on individual genetics, exercise, and diet.
