Key Terms & Summary of Provisions

1. Health Warranties & Exam Requirements

  • Every puppy is delivered up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and microchipped.

  • Buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of taking possession to validate our written 1-Year Health Guarantee.

2. Deposit & Payment Policies

  • Adoption deposits reserve your chosen puppy and are applied directly toward the total purchase price.

  • Final balances must be paid prior to scheduled pickup or departure via our Nationwide Flight Nanny Delivery service.

3. Proper Care & Spay/Neuter Agreement

  • Puppies are placed strictly as companion pets unless explicitly approved for breeding rights.

  • Adopting families agree to provide high-quality toy breed nutrition, routine veterinary care, shelter, and proper exercise.
