Our Commitment to Healthy Maltese Puppies
At Palvine Maltese Kingdom, we believe that adopting a new family member should come with total peace of mind. Every puppy born and raised in our care is covered by our official Maltese puppy health guarantee. From genetic parent screening to early veterinary care, we take every step necessary to ensure your puppy arrives happy, healthy, and ready for a long life with your family.
Whether you adopt a Teacup Maltese Puppy or a Standard Maltese Puppy, our written guarantee protects your investment and ensures your puppy receives a strong start in life.
What Is Covered Under Our 1-Year Health Guarantee?
1-Year Congenital & Genetic Protection: We guarantee your puppy for one full year from their date of birth against life-threatening congenital and hereditary defects (including severe heart conditions, organ failure, or debilitating genetic disorders).
Pre-Adoption Health Examination: Every puppy undergoes a complete physical wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our home.
Up-to-Date Vaccinations & Deworming: Puppies are delivered with age-appropriate immunizations and a clear deworming record.
Microchipped for Safety: All puppies come microchipped with lifetime registration records included.
Buyer Responsibilities & Validation Requirements
To keep your Maltese puppy health guarantee active and valid, adopting families must fulfill the following basic care requirements:
Initial Veterinary Examination: You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of taking possession (whether by local pickup or Nationwide Flight Nanny Delivery).
Routine Preventative Care: Maintain regular veterinary visits, age-appropriate booster vaccinations, heartworm preventative care, and high-quality nutrition recommended for toy breeds.
Proper Care for Teacup Sizes: Because smaller Teacup puppies require attentive feeding schedules to prevent low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), buyers must follow our dietary guidelines provided at adoption.
How Claims & Health Concerns Are Handled
In the unlikely event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a severe hereditary or congenital condition within the 1-year guarantee period:
Step 1: Notify Palvine Maltese Kingdom within 48 hours of diagnosis and provide official veterinary documentation and lab results.
Step 2: Our consulting veterinarian will review the medical records to confirm the diagnosis.
Step 3: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter, or assist per the terms outlined in our signed Purchase Agreement.
